Además, ten en cuenta que si después tus webs nuevas enlazan a la vieja también le están dando PageRank, aunque menos claro. Sería un intercambio de enlaces reciproco y desigual, pero la idea es que estás nuevas webs vayan cogiendo fuerza también…

Todo esto es una opinión mía, quizás otra persona te aconsejaría algo diferente. Pero en fin… ¡Te deseo mucha suerte!

Lo del sitewide es otro tema. Esto quiere decir que Google intenta dar más valor a los enlaces que no se repiten exactamente igual en todas las páginas web de tu site (sitewide). Intenta volver a leer ya que David lo explica muy bien, no se me ocurre una manera mejor de transmitirlo. Lo siento.

http://www.alquilandoenpinamar.com.ar ya tiene 6 años de antiguedad, y desde su lanzamiento y con muy poco esfuerzo por nuestra parte se fue posicionando muy bien en busquedas especificas como “alquileres pinamar”.

Hace 20 días lanzamos 5 sitios nuevos en diferentes zonas. Incluimos los enlaces en el footer que se repite en todas las páginas. Lo mismo hicimos en los sitios nuevos.

Esto es contraproducente para el posicionamiento de mi web más antigua? Es esto a lo que se refieren en el articulo como “sitewide”?

Espero sus comentarios, estoy comenzando a interiorizarme en el tema para posicionar yo misma a todos mis sitios.

Respeto tu opinión. Es cierto que son especulaciones y teorías. Para escribir este artículo, he basado las teorías en la información que nos ha proporcionado Google.

Por ejemplo, en septiembre de 2005 (¡hace 3 años!), Matt Cutts dijo “On the dailycal.org, I see the words ‘Sponsored Resources’. Can’t search engines detect paid links?” Yes, Google has a variety of algorithmic methods of detecting such links…

En diciembre del mismo año, Matt dijo:

My favorite overall moment was when a totally legit company (micromatic.com) stood up and asked for advice. Overall, their site was great: good architecture and very crawlable. PD: ¿De verdad crees que no se puede amañar los votos en Digg? A propósito, Google ya tiene en su toolbar un sistema de votación:

PD: Las redirecciones no impiden la transmisión de PageRank. Para evitar que un enlace transmita PageRank, hay que crear una directiva o del tipo nofollow o en robots.txt

Los enlaces que se adquieren para publicidad se deben identificar como tales….redirigiendo los enlaces a una página intermedia que se encuentra bloqueada para los motores de búsqueda con un archivo robots.txt

Me puedes explicar lo que quieres decir cuando dices que me invento un algoritmo que “justo funciona al revés de como otorga la importancia Google a sus enlaces.” ¿De qué manera funciona al revés?
